The business behind the therapist.

Most therapists want the same thing: the independence to run their own practice, and the time to spend it with clients. Paving Bridges exists to make that possible — starting with how people find you, and growing into everything else that comes with running a practice.

Running a practice means running a business

Independent therapists want flexibility — to set their own hours, work their own way, and build something that's genuinely theirs. But a private practice comes with a second job attached: finding clients, managing enquiries, scheduling, chasing payments, and the everyday admin of running a small business. None of that is why most therapists trained in the first place, and none of it should get in the way of the work that does matter.

You focus on therapy. We take care of everything else.

Our vision

We're building Paving Bridges around a simple idea: a therapist should be able to open one place, see their calendar and their messages, understand what the day looks like, and spend the rest of it doing the work that matters. Over time, that means bringing together the things a practice actually needs — enquiries, bookings, communication, and eventually the admin behind them — instead of stitching together a handful of separate tools. We're building this deliberately, one part at a time, starting with the part that matters most: helping the right clients find you.

More than a directory

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming — working out what kind of support you need, comparing approaches, and deciding who to trust with something personal. That's why we put real care into the client experience: clear profiles, more than one way to start depending on what feels right, and a calm way to reach out with confidence. It isn't a side feature. A better experience for clients means more people find the right therapist — which means more opportunities for the therapists who trust us with their practice. The two sides of Paving Bridges are built to support each other.

You stay in control

Just visibility

Some therapists only want help being found. A clear, honest profile in front of the right people is enough.

Enquiries and bookings

Others want Paving Bridges to handle the back-and-forth too, so nothing gets missed.

Running the practice

Over time, some therapists may want to run most of their practice through Paving Bridges, and use it less for the rest.
